Julian Hoskings is lucky for 2 reasons, (1) he is a dues paying of California Street Vans and (2) hes landed a survivor van with a really cool history: The Green Machine.
The Green Machine was originally a SoCal Van, customized in the early 80s and a regular on the show circuit. It was featured in Vans & Trucks Magazine in 1984.
In the late 80's the van was aquired by the Petersen Automotive museum and displayed there for the next 20 years.
In 2007 the Green Machine was sold and shipped to the Netherlands. In 2009 it was sold again.
Flash forward to 2015...Julian saw the van for sale on a European facebook page featuring american cars, and Green Machine was soon on the docks in Belgium preparing for shipment to the UK!
We are looking forward to the Green Machines next set of adventures with Julian as an International California Street Van!
